Can I make a change after placing my order?

We will make every attempt to honor your request. Please be aware that orders are processed as quickly as possible and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once submitted. If you would like to request a change, email us as early as possible to: serve@myintent.org and include all details of your change, along with your order number to help expedite this process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to any order that has already shipped out.
For change requests which involve a change in products and/or price, we will have to cancel/refund your order and subsequently have you place a new order.
To avoid changes, always remember to review your order for spelling and detail specifications before checking out.
